Episode 40 – Point-Counter-Point: Is Lollipop Chainsaw Any Good?

Surprisingly, co-hosts Rich Lau and Steve Haske both exclaimed drastically differing views about Grasshopper Manufacture’s Lollipop Chainsaw. Hashing it out seemed like a good idea, so the boxing gloves were dusted off, pads were strapped on and sparring commenced.
Is Lollipop Chainsaw a fun romp in a bizarre zombie apocalypse or a cloying, sloppily designed disappointment with Suda 51 seemingly trying to impersonate himself? Let us know what you think.

Without trying to sound too critical, I must say that this podcast didn’t work very well. Whereas most of your episodes work on a kind of a natural dialog, the pro v con structure of this “debate” felt very imposed and the conversation was a bit stilted. Some interesting things were said, but a more casual format fits this show a lot better I think.
